Fill out the form with your stage and goals. We’ll review for fit and invite you to a quick chat or approve async. If accepted, you’ll get onboarding details and Circle placement.
What are the acceptance criteria?
We look for kindness, contribution, and momentum. A portfolio or 6+ months of client work helps us place you well.
Is Gatherwell remote or in person?
Primarily remote. Optional meetups and retreats happen in select cities.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes—manage from your account. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14‑day try‑it window for first‑time members.
